Sheila Tucker, M.A., RD, CSSD, LDN, is a clinical instructor at the Connell School of Nursing and registered dietitian. She is board certified as a sports nutritionist with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Tucker is the primary author of the textbook Nutrition and Diet Therapy for Nurses (Pearson) as well as a contributing author to numerous other textbooks.
